Lifting Properties, Elevating Standards.
The Proptrust group of companies includes Spectrum HC and PJM Partners. Collectively they hold a portfolio of properties in London - Islington, East Finchley and Ealing and various properties in St. Leonards-on-sea as well as an asset in Spain.
PJM Partners Ltd. became part of the group in 2021 with properties in Ealing which will be significantly improved and continue in the portfolio. Crossway, one of the properties was beautifully restored and went back on the market successfully.

Reaching Milestones
Founded in 2003, Proptrust Property managers have developed a healthy portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. Our work stands in London, St. Leonards-on-sea and Spain.
We are currently focusing on Ealing, where Proptrust has aquired four buildings. One of which was flipped and sold the other three will be updates and continue as HMO's.
